              I would suggest an 11:15 start as a train from Glasgow and Edinburgh arrives at 11:06
              from each direction, and those trains are direct from both Glasgow Queen Street
              and Edinburgh Waverley. Returns to/from Uphall are the best.
              It's only just over 13 miles of fairly flat territory but would still recommend gravel tyres not road.
