Directions   Take the A9 from Inverness north. Bypass Alness and keep on the A9 (don’t go into                                           Alness and/or Invergordon) Continue on A9 for 2.7 miles and turn left at sign for                                                 Newmore. Follow this road to T-crossing and turn right at sign saying  
                     Scotsburn 2. Follow road for 2 miles and turn right at sign for Delny and
                     after 0.7 miles you will find the ranch on your right. 
By Train: (Friday) Take the 10:33 Inverness train from Waverley Station, arrives Inverness @ 14:15,
                 Then take the 14:50 train from Inverness, arrives Alness @ 15:36. Then a taxi
Or:            Take the 13:29 Inverness train from Waverley Station, arrives Inverness @ 17:06,
                  Then take the 17:12 train from Inverness, arrives Alness @ 17:59. Then a taxi

Three nights’ accommodation, 2 great runs, 2 fantastic circles, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner for: £115.00.
While you don’t have to stay the whole time, there are no reduced prices if you choose to arrive late or leave early. There are 21 chalets sleeping 4, 6 or 8 hashers. There are 98 beds in total including 2 bunk beds in the 8 person chalet. We can also take an additional 8 hashers in camper vans for the reduced fee of £.60.00 
Dates: Friday 3rd – Sun 5th November 2023
Cost: £115 per person or £60 per person in Camper Van
Payments: A deposit of £50 per person is required with your registration.
The balance of £65 is required before 22nd October 2023– that’s 2 weeks before the event.

Fancy Dress -This year’s theme – (SINGERS ,BANDS and MUSIC).

Dogs The dog policy at the Ranch limits occupancy to one dog per chalet and NO dogs in either Delney Highland Chalets 4 & 5. A small charge is levied (to be arranged with the Ranch).If you are intending taking your dog please email: Septic  at chrisharris890@hotmail.com in addition to mentioning on the registration form. 
NB: all chalet mates must be in agreement with your pooch joining them. Please check and we will too.
Raffle We will be holding a raffle again this year organised by Tonguey. We welcome any suitable raffle prizes you may have lurking in your booze cupboard or any other suitable or unsuitable contributions.
Important Information
No refunds will be given. It’s your responsibility to find a suitable replacement if you find, for whatever reason, you are unable to take up your place.

CHALETS
There are 5 Burnside chalets, they are 4 berth – nos 1-5
There are 10 Delny chalets, they are 4 berth – nos 1-10
There are 5 Highland/Ranch chalets, they are 6 berth – nos 1-5
There is 1 Ernies lodge, it is only really 8 berth, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 x 2 bed bunk, 2 x 2 bed bunk.
We will try our best to match chalet preferences…

NoPark - 5 km Run - If there is sufficient interest, Railroad will set /lay a 5 km run from Dutch Barn, starting at 9 .Would you like to take part . Yes or No

Directions: Turn LEFT out of the Chalet Site and LEFT at the end of the road on to Scotsburn Road
                     and stay on the posted roads to Alness. In Alness turn RIGHT on to Alness High Street
                     the B817, follow the B817 out of Alness and straight over the roundabout and to the next                                 junction turning LEFT on to the B9176 for 100 yds before turning RIGHT on to the B817
                     again
for Evanton. Follow the B817 in to Evanton until you see the Glenglass 5 /Assynt 1.5                               RIGHT turn. Head up to Glenglass, take the LEFT fork after the National Speed Limit signs
                     in Assynt. 
Parking is 3.2 miles from the National Speed limit signs with the road going                                       nowhere else, other than the Pink House on Loch Glass. The Car Park will have a                                               massive flour arrow in to it as it is just a rough patch of clear ground.
                   MINIMISE CAR USE – There is very limited parking space.
                   THERE IS NO SPACE FOR CAMPERVANS, Posties get a lift….
                   The hares will direct the parking effort and please bear in mind we will be blocking each other
                   in, so do not mess around as people will be cold when they get back to the cars.
                   THIS IS A 30 MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE CHALETS, plus if you want to see the Pink House
                   on Loch Glass
you will need another 10 minutes up and 10 minutes back. It is worth it.
ON INN:    Alness Bowling Club, Station Road, Alness IV17 0UE
                  Return to Alness for the Bowling Club ON INN which is next to the Train Station,                
                  past the turn where you joined the High Street on the way to the trail.
                  The way back to warm showers is immediate RIGHT out of the ON INN and then            
                  turn left on to the A9 and back the way you arrived on the Friday/Thurs.
